Turning design challenge to a learning experience for Ria

This was my messy design process on my approach to improve the rate calculator feature. Even though I did not reach further in the interview I have learned a lot in the process and have grown as a designer.
How did I improve seller shipping experience on this platform?
Designed a shipping MVP for an e-commerce order management platform targeting online store owners and SMB's. These are the needles I pushed:
- Increased task success rate
- Reduced error and misclick rates
